On 29th October 2015 the choir students went to Federation square on a beautiful sunny day to sing the ‘Music Count us in’ song Gold. Our own James gave a speech to around 13 schools, who were also participating, about what music means to him. Thousands of students all around Australia sang and played music to the same song at the same time, including all the Greenvale Primary Students. It’s organised as a celebration of the importance of Music Education in schools.
We’ve just finished performing the 3 concerts to parents, family and friends. A fantastic job by all the children from Foundation to Year 6. Congratulations to the students and thank you to everyone who came to watch.
